This will confer a feeling of achievement on us.But the prime reason is perhaps that blog gives people the opportunity to choose what they write, which means I am in charge, this is my zone

　　In regard to these benefits, steps should be taken to develop them.The first thing we should do is to make people realize the significance of blog.Another thing we can do is to design new tools to connect people, such as YY.In addition, the departments concerned should promote the development of the internet on interpersonal communication.
