B: Yes. It’s pretty cunning trick; she is playing to be so interested in her life.

B: 聽說了，她這招真鬼；她總裝出對老師的生活十分感興趣的樣子。

A: This restaurant attracted a lot of customers by claiming that their food had 0 calories!

B: But that is a fraudulent claim! All food has calories!

A: 這家餐館聲稱食物中不含卡路里，因此吸引了很多肥胖的顧客。

B: 但這種說法不是存心騙人的嘛！所有食物都含卡路里啊！

【語言點精講】

cunning: 騙術高超的；狡詐的；詭詐的。

trick: 詭計，計謀；花招。

play: 在對話1中指假裝、裝樣子，相當于pretend.

obese: （不健康的）過胖的。

fraudulent: 欺騙性的；欺騙行為或欺詐的。
